I’ve seen some really cool 360 videos, and wanted to take some 360 videos of my own. The problem is that every commercially available 360 rig I can find is very expensive, ranging from several hundred to several thousands of dollars.  The goal of this project is to build a cheap 360 camera rig and then use it to create time-lapses. I envision the end result ultimately working with VR so that you can look around as the day zooms by you. I’ll be updating this blog with my ideas, designs, and progress as this project progresses.
